Our Party needs the confidence of its supporters to succeed. That’s why we support regularly scheduling County Central Committee Meetings - so Central Committee members can keep our leaders on track. We also need to substantiate both of our standing committees and ensure that our party adheres to our bylaws and constitution when making endorsements.

We need to meet people where they’re at - that means organizing in every Weber city, not just Ogden. We support organizing Party events across our county and funding precinct chairs so they can organize their local Democrats.

Democrats need high-quality candidates to succeed. We support establishing a candidate training program with a focus on winning elections in Weber County. We also want to work with stakeholders and outside organizations to coordinate candidate recruitment.

We can’t elect Democrats alone. By working with unions, other county parties, and non-profit organizations, we will have the best possible chance of winning races. We support coordinating field programs with stakeholders, and we are committed to supporting our allies at rallies & events.

Weber County comes first - no matter what out-of-county bigwigs think. While it’s important that we maintain relationships with critical partners, we know our county best. That’s why we’ll take the lead for Weber Democrats.
